Every once and a while you find something strange in life and Cooper is it.  While the Breeder had him listed as a Seal color Border Collie we actually found out he is one of the more rare Border Collie colors - Atypical Merle.  Cooper is a low drive Border Collie, and will be on the large range for size/weight, with a rough coat.  He is an eager listener, is well behaved, and a good boy.  His nickname is tornado because he loves to spin around and around....... and around.
